All items sold are "AS-IS" with no warranty implied and all sales are final.   Please carefully read item descriptions to determine product conditions. Bintime Direct determines the condition of the products listed and then places them in the following product condition categories:

    New - Brand New, Factory Sealed, With Tags, No signs of any use
    Open Box - Factory seal is broken. Item condition will vary. May show signs of previous use. May be missing parts or pieces. Items are untested.
    Damaged - Untested and Damaged goods

A 10% buyers fee is applied to all winning auctions.

IF YOU ARE PICKING UP YOUR ITEM AT OUR STORES YOU MUST PROVIDE A PHOTO ID.

THE NAME ON YOUR ID MUST MATCH THE NAME ON THE ORDER.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

STORE PICKUP IS AVAILABLE AT NO CHARGE - YOU MUST SELECT YOUR STORE PICKUP LOCATION ON YOUR INVOICE RECEIVED AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES (BINTIME ANDERSON, SPARTANBURG, MAULDIN OR OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER ) SEE AUCTION DESCRIPTION FOR WHEN ITEMS WILL BE READY FOR PICKUP

IF YOU CHOOSE DISTRIBUTION CENTER PICKUP, YOUR ORDER CAN BE READY FOR PICKUP WITHIN A FEW HOURS AFTER YOU PAY. PICKUP HOURS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 9AM-4PM. PLEASE EMAIL US AT SUPPORT@BINTIMESTORES.COM TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS
